Ecosystem Development
Ecosystem Development is the Hub’s foundation programme strand. Where the Hub’s readiness pathways prepare organisations for specific international engagements, Ecosystem Development works upstream — building the human and institutional capability that makes credible international collaboration possible in the first place.
Programmes in this strand are designed for innovation leaders, research managers, biotech founders, and ecosystem builders who want to deepen their understanding of how mature international life sciences ecosystems function: how research translates into commercial impact,
how governance systems enable or constrain innovation, and how the people who lead these processes develop their capability.
The strand draws on the UK’s internationally recognised strengths in translational medicine, science entrepreneurship, regulatory navigation, and ecosystem governance — and applies them in a context relevant to emerging and developing life sciences ecosystems.
Programmes are under development. If you are interested in being informed when the first cohort opens, please register your interest below.
