IN2UK is the Hub’s readiness pathway supporting international life sciences organisations preparing to engage with the UK ecosystem.

The pathway focuses on structured preparation before collaboration begins. Organisations assess their readiness through a qualification rubric and develop supporting documentation through a lightweight evidence pack before engaging specialist ecosystem partners.

The aim is to ensure that international collaboration begins under conditions of governance discipline, credible preparation and realistic expectations.

Through this approach, the Hub helps organisations navigate the complexity of regulatory systems, clinical development environments and health system adoption pathways that determine whether cross-border life sciences partnerships succeed.
