EFEC UK-China Life Sciences Innovation Hub (“EFEC”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://www.efec-hub.com/), newsletters, community features, events, and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

  • UK users: Processing is governed by the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • China users: Processing is governed by the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), Cybersecurity Law, and related regulations.
  • By using our Services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred internationally (between the UK, China, and other countries) subject to applicable safeguards.

Because EFEC operates between the UK and China:

  • We comply with UK law for UK users and PRC law for Chinese users.
